• Skilled Nursing: Our registered nurse has over 37 years of experience in the hospital and home health care industry. They are licensed in Virginia and are responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to our clients, including vital sign monitoring, diabetic management, and wound care.
• Massage Therapy: Our licensed massage therapists provide relaxation and pain relief through physical touch and muscle manipulation. They meet with clients to determine their massage needs, create a relaxing environment, and knead or rub muscles to release tension and promote relaxation.
• Physical Therapy: Our physical therapists work with clients to improve mobility, strength, and balance. They develop customized exercise plans and provide guidance on how to safely perform daily activities.
• Personal Care Assistant: Our personal care assistants provide non-medical care to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Live-In Companionship: Our live-in companions provide 24-hour care and companionship to clients, including meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Non-Medical Transportation: Our non-medical transportation service provides safe and reliable transportation to and from appointments, errands, and social outings.

Meet Betsy Golem, Licensed Acupuncturist

BBA Home Health Care is proud to have Betsy Golem, a licensed acupuncturist, as part of our team. Betsy has been practicing acupuncture and Oriental medicine for over 16 years and has a Bachelor's degree in Vocal Music from the University of Maryland. Betsy's interest in health and natural healing led her to pursue a career in acupuncture, and she has been helping clients find balance and relief through acupuncture ever since.
