Our History

Brothers Tom and Mike Doomis have been working together since the inception of the company. With over 50 years of combined experience, they've built a name for themselves in the industry for their attention to detail and commitment to using only the finest materials. Our Team

Our team is the backbone of our company, and we're proud to have such talented individuals on board. From our partners to our carpenters, every member of our team plays a crucial role in ensuring that every project we undertake is of the highest quality.

Tom Doomis, one of our founding partners, is involved in every aspect of the business, from sales and marketing to daily operations and project management. His extensive experience serves as a solid foundation for the company.

Mike Doomis, our other founding partner, focuses on sales and marketing, as well as project management and daily operations. He has extensive experience in a variety of project types and is heavily involved in multiple business and community networking groups.

Jon Doomis, a partner and project manager, has been with us for over 20 years. He started as a laborer, worked his way up to carpentry, and now serves as a project manager. Jon has a true passion for carpentry and prides himself on his skills.

Paul Doomis, our office and project manager, serves as the financial hub for every project. With an engineering background, Paul is articulate and has an eye for detail, making him a great addition to our team.

Genee Parrish, our internal project manager, has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Her veteran knowledge has made her a critical member of our team, involved in project budgeting, contracts, scheduling, and more.

Alyssa Doomis, our office manager, joined the team after her time as a project manager for a cabinet fabrication company. Alyssa executes the day-to-day accounting operations and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Kyle Ashmus, our carpenter and supervisor, began his career with an architectural firm but soon realized his true calling lay in the hands-on experience rather than the design aspect. Kyle has a degree in Architectural/Structural Engineering and is dedicated to providing top-notch service to our clients.
