Empowering Community Colleges, Enhancing Opportunities for Oregonians

The Oregon Community College Association (OCCA) is a non-profit organization that represents the seventeen publicly chartered community colleges and their locally elected board members in the state of Oregon. Founded in 1962, OCCA's purpose is to support the community colleges before policy-makers and partners whose actions affect the well-being of community colleges across the state. With a strong commitment to leading with racial equity, OCCA advocates, communicates, and collaborates to strengthen community colleges for the benefit of Oregonians, particularly those historically underserved or systemically marginalized in higher education.
