Commercial Services

L. Mora Trash Hauling provides commercial roll off containers for a variety of uses, including construction debris, yard cleanup, trash, and tree branches. Our commercial services include:

• Roll off containers: We offer roll off containers in a range of sizes to accommodate different needs. Our prices include delivery, pickup, and all landfill fees up to 4000 lbs.
• Rearload dumpsters: We also offer 2 yard, 3 yard, 4 yard, and 6 yard rearload dumpsters for commercial use. These dumpsters are ideal for businesses that generate a moderate amount of waste.

Terms and Conditions

It is important for our customers to be aware of the terms and conditions of our services. Some key points to keep in mind include:

• Late fees: Accounts that are delinquent may be referred to an attorney or collection agency. The customer will be responsible for any legal fees associated with this action, including rental and late fees.
• Materials not accepted: We do not accept hazardous materials, bio-medical materials, explosives, flammable liquids, tires, batteries, fuel tanks, or asbestos materials. There is a minimum charge of $100 for railroad ties, large tree trunks, and stumps.
• Customer responsibility: The customer is responsible for the contents of the roll-off container and will be charged additional fees for unacceptable materials. It is the customer's responsibility to maintain a clear and accessible path for our trucks to service the containers.
• Weight restrictions: There are weight limits for each size of container, and fees will apply for loads that exceed the weight limit. The customer is responsible for any fines or legal judgments related to overweight loads.
• Rental period: The rental period for containers is 30 days. Additional fees will apply for extensions beyond 30 days.
