Our team is led by Whitney Williams, a passionate and experienced wedding planner with over a decade of experience in the industry. She founded XO Event Co. in Spring 2019 with the goal of providing the best customer service and stress-free wedding planning experience for all her clients.

Whitney has gained her reputation in the industry with both brides and vendors by aiming to provide the best customer service. She is passionate about all things wedding and loves helping a bride dial in on her vision for the big day then executing it. She is known as a complete logistics nerd and always aims to provide the best customer service.

Our team also includes Kassie Watson, Lead Planner; Kat Cruice, Coordinator; Brooke Hyden, Coordinator; and Sadie Berry, Coordinator. Each member of our team has extensive experience in the wedding industry and is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.

At XO Event Co., we offer a variety of wedding planning and coordination services to meet the unique needs of each couple. Our services include Full Service Planning, Day of Coordination, Elopements, Corporate Events, and more. We also offer destination wedding planning services for couples looking to get married outside of Oklahoma or Arizona.

Our Full Service Planning package is designed for couples who want to completely customize the details of their day. This package includes budget creation and/or management, vendor matching, venue & vendor liaison, contract negotiations, monthly to-do checklist and reminder emails, event management of timeline including setup, getting ready, ceremony, and reception, and more.

Our Day of Coordination package is perfect for couples who have already planned most of their wedding but need help with the logistics and execution on the day of the event. This package includes event management of timeline including setup, getting ready, ceremony, and reception, overseeing post-reception tear down and clean up, and more.

We also offer Elopement packages for couples looking for an intimate and romantic wedding experience. Our Elopement packages include personalized wedding design plan, floor plan design, guidance & sourcing assistance for personal items, stationery, signage, and more.

Destination Weddings

At XO Event Co., we understand that destination weddings can be more challenging to plan due to the distance and logistics involved. That's why we offer specialized destination wedding planning services to ensure that your special day is stress-free and memorable. Our team has extensive experience planning destination weddings and can help you navigate the challenges of planning a wedding outside of Oklahoma or Arizona.
