Our History

Our journey began with Chris Willett, who started his construction career in 1977. With extensive field and management experience, he established the company in 1990 as a Painting and Drywall Contractor. Over the years, we have grown to become a Commercial General Contractor, capable of performing all phases of commercial construction work. Our success and growth are attributed to our dedication to putting the customer first in everything we do.

Services Offered

We offer a wide range of services including residential and commercial construction, laboratory and research facilities, healthcare facilities, government and military projects, and design/build services. Our capabilities also include industrial building construction, electrical contracting, plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning contracting, as well as other specialty trade contracting services. We pride ourselves on being able to handle complex projects, such as SCIF rooms and mission-critical facilities within critical-care hospitals.
