Our Process

Our process begins with a thorough preparation of the floor for sanding, including knocking down or removing exposed nails and staples, and filling the floor with a latex wood filler. We then sand the floor as necessary to provide a smooth and clean surface to finish. After a thorough cleanup, we apply the first two coats of sealer, followed by a light sand to remove any roughness caused by the grain raising. Finally, we apply the final two coats of finish, and the floor is complete.
