At Pup 'N Pals, we understand the importance of providing a holistic approach to pet care. Our mission is to offer owners and their pets a specialized pet care service that values personalized, holistic care and aims to be as natural and enriching to each individual pet's life as possible. Since our establishment in 2015, we have been dedicated to creating a pet care program that is not only more enjoyable for pets but also more personable for their owners.

Our team, led by owner Kassia Russell, is fully-insured, licensed with the state of New Hampshire and the town of Bedford, and has extensive experience in animal care. Kassia graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor's degree in animal science and has been passionate about pets for as long as she can remember. She currently owns two rabbits and a horse and has had the opportunity to care for all types of animals, including dogs, small pets, and even farm animals.

We believe that pets should live as close to how Mother Nature intended, so we have designed a holistic pet care program that places the well-being of each pet first. Exceptional care, a peaceful, clean environment, and a strong emphasis on enrichment, specifically outdoor exercise for dogs, are part of what makes Pup 'N Pals so unique.

As a pet care provider, we understand the important impact we have on your pet's well-being and for this reason, we have chosen to take a more natural approach toward the services we offer. We strive to be a place that not only fulfills your pet care needs but also positively enhances your pet's life in some manner.

Services

At Pup 'N Pals, we offer premium dog walking services and luxury boarding for small pets. Our structured fitness program provides the perfect way for your dog to stay physically and mentally active, keeping them healthy and happy for years to come. Additionally, our pack walking services provide socialization opportunities for your dog, allowing them to satisfy their socialization needs in a calm and structured environment.

We are committed to pet safety and animal enrichment and are constantly furthering our knowledge on all aspects of pet care, particularly canine behavior and small animal health. Our team is a member of both the Dog Gurus Community and the International Boarding and Pet Services Association, two organizations that have helped us create a professional and fun program for dogs and small pets alike.
