Stegall Notary Service was born out of a desire to streamline a process that could feel complicated and time-consuming. In 1980, becoming a Notary Public in Mississippi involved multiple steps, trips to various offices, and a fair amount of paperwork. Earl Stegall, an insurance agent who recognized this need, founded Stegall Notary Service with a simple mission: to make the process of becoming a Notary Public as easy and efficient as possible. The goal was to offer all the necessary forms, supplies, and guidance under one roof, eliminating the hassle and confusion many faced. Stegall Notary Service promised a one-stop shop for aspiring Notaries, ensuring a smooth and straightforward experience.

This package includes the necessary application forms, the required $5,000 State Surety Bond, and all essential supplies, including the official Mississippi Notary Record Book, a durable Trodat Printy 4642 Seal Stamp with your choice of ink color, and a clear desk plate.

For those who have already submitted their applications to the State, the Partial Notary Process offers a streamlined approach. This service focuses on providing the Surety Bond and essential supplies, allowing individuals to easily complete the remaining steps in their Notary Public journey. We ensure that you receive your Surety Bond, our durable Trodat Printy 4642 Seal Stamp, and an official Mississippi Notary Record Book promptly and efficiently.
