Our Team

Brian L. Fowlds, R.L.S., is the President of Midwest Land Surveying. He has over 23 years of continuous experience in the land surveying profession. Mr. Fowlds is proficient with the use of Global Positioning Systems along with conventional total station and data collection surveying equipment. He has performed numerous boundary surveys, plats, mortgage inspection, construction staking, topographic surveys, communication tower surveys, NRCS Wetland Reserve surveys, and oil well location surveys.

Paul Sandman, R.L.S., is the Vice President of Midwest Land Surveying. He has over 23 years of experience in the engineering and surveying profession. Mr. Sandman is proficient with the use of Global Positioning Systems along with conventional total station and data collection surveying equipment. He has performed boundary surveys, plats, mortgage inspection, construction staking, and topographic surveys for numerous commercial and residential developments and road projects.

Jeff Schievelbein is the Secretary/Treasurer of Midwest Land Surveying. He has over 28 years of experience in the surveying profession. Mr. Schievelbein is proficient with the use of Global Positioning Systems along with conventional total station and data collection surveying equipment. He has performed boundary surveys, plats, mortgage inspection, and topographic surveys for numerous commercial and residential developments.
