Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including bulk road salt, KD salt products, construction services, plumbing, roofing, and fire protection. Our bulk road salt products are designed to help keep the nation's roadways, highways, and parking lots safe during winter's inclement weather. Our construction services include earthwork and sitework projects, underground utilities, commercial and residential subdivisions, roadways, and aggregate supply. Our plumbing services cater to commercial construction, residential communities, private development, industrial, and government work. Our fire protection services include wet-pipe, dry-pipe, anti-freeze systems, as well as fire pump assemblies, ESFR storage applications, and specialty pre-action and deluge fire sprinkler systems. Our commercial roofing services specialize in commercial flat roofing, serving clients such as restaurants, convenience stores, self-storage facilities, shopping centers, and schools.

About Our Road Salt Products

Our bulk road salt products are of the highest quality, designed to meet the needs of our clients in the Western United States. We offer three categories of bulk road salt: Type A, untreated screened salt; Type B, screened and treated with Mag Chloride; and Type C, screened and treated with Mag Chloride and anti-caking (YPS). We also offer Rapid Thaw, a high-quality specialty salt that helps to melt ice faster and has a lower freezing point. Our KD salt products, including Dura-Blend Kiln Dried KD Salt, are used as the main component in bagged de-icing products and are highly sought after by our clients.
