We use a secure web and mobile platform to provide timely, affordable consultations and accurate and comprehensive diagnoses and treatment plans.

We strive to overcome the barriers that currently limit access to dermatologist consultations, such as long wait times for an appointment, underserved areas, or remote locations. We work with physicians, hospitals, employers, universities, health care plans, and other partners to provide coordination and continuity of patient care.

How We Work

Our process is simple and convenient. Patients can describe their concerns and upload photos to our online platform or visit a Direct Derm location near them. A board-certified dermatologist personally reviews the case and examines the photos, providing answers within 48 hours, typically less. If needed, we help schedule an expedited in-person dermatologist appointment.
