Our Team

Our team consists of highly experienced professionals who are passionate about improving your hearing health. Yvonne Sandoval, our owner, has extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of hearing instrument sciences. She is certified by the International Hearing Society (IHS) and the National Board for Certification (NBC) in Hearing Instrument Sciences. Her commitment to providing personalized service ensures that each patient receives the best possible care and assistance in selecting the right hearing aid for their lifestyle and type of hearing loss.

Jacob Beamesderfer, our Hearing Instrument Specialist, has been fitting hearing aids since 2007 and has personal experience with hearing aids, having worn them since he was almost three years old. He is dedicated to the community and serves on the City of Hemet Planning Commission.

We offer a wide range of services designed to meet all your hearing healthcare needs. Our services include:

• Hearing Testing: Our team of highly experienced Hearing Instrument Specialists provide thorough audiometric and speech evaluations. We offer free hearing tests at any of our locations.
• Cleanings: Our staff members are trained to provide detailed and efficient maintenance of your hearing aids.
• Hearing Aid Fitting: Our team of experts will assist you in finding the perfect set of hearing aids for your needs.
• Repairs: If you are having trouble with your hearing aids or charging devices, we can evaluate and service them for you.
• Adjustments: Once you find the perfect set of hearing aids, if your hearing ever changes, our specialists can tailor your hearing aids to your personal hearing levels.
• Batteries: We offer all four sizes of hearing aid batteries: 10, 13, 312, & 675. Our batteries are sold as a box of 40 for $20.00.

We work with most insurances and offer financing options through Care Credit to ensure that our services are accessible to everyone.
