Meet the Team

Our team is led by Jena (Kowalski) Sura, a second-generation home builder with a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and Management. Her parents, Ted and Karen Kowalski, own and operate Onsite Marketing, a land development company, bringing decades of experience and a wealth of knowledge to the table. Together, we share a passion for building homes that not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations.
