Our lease terms are some of the most flexible in the industry, and your total rent will be a fixed price for the duration of your lease term. That means no surprise fees! In addition, since utilities are paid separately, you will not be stuck paying part of your neighbors' bill, which is too often the case in multi-tenant buildings.

Our facilities are designed to be as flexible as possible. We will work with you to tailor your space to fit your needs. Although we primarily service storage, distribution, and light industrial uses, our current tenants range anywhere from catering services to auto mechanics, now that's flexibility!
