Our Mission and Vision

At Collaborations Pharmaceuticals, Inc., we are dedicated to transforming chemistry and enriching lives by using real intelligence alongside artificial intelligence to develop clinical candidates for rare, neglected, and unmet therapeutic needs, as well as new molecules for consumer product applications. Our mission is to apply our machine learning and drug discovery expertise to a wide array of projects, both internally and with collaborators, to tackle even the most complex challenges in the field of chemistry.

Our Expertise and Services

We specialize in the development of innovative therapeutics for multiple rare and neglected infectious diseases. Our expertise includes the application of artificial intelligence (AI) software to aid in drug discovery and toxicology assessment, as well as the identification and translation of early preclinical to clinical stage assets. We also design new molecules with desired properties using our software, which can be utilized by pharmaceutical, consumer product, and other companies that require chemistry.

Our Achievements

We have made significant contributions to the field, with over 150 peer-reviewed publications, 9 FDA orphan drug designations, 3 FDA rare pediatric drug designations, 1 patent issued, and 12 patents pending. Additionally, we have been awarded 7 trademarks and have a strong track record of innovative projects and collaborations.

Our Software and Tools

We have developed a range of software and tools that can assist your company in various ways. These include machine learning and generative design tools for creating new intellectual property, ADME and toxicology models for predicting molecular properties, and human uptake and efflux transporter models. Our software can also help in data visualization, molecule preparation, and autocuration.
