Our Story

Shaye Straw, our Founder and Owner, has guided many families through the challenging process of identifying the right level of care and finding appropriate community resources to meet the complex needs of a vulnerable senior loved one. Jessica Straw, our Co-Owner, brings her expertise in business management and a deep understanding of individual placement options. Together, they have a unique understanding of the diverse needs of seniors and coordinate services, resources, and support to meet those needs.
