Meet Our Doctors

• Dr. Jing Han, O.D.: With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Han is a highly respected optometrist who has a passion for helping others and a love for science. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry with a Biochemistry concentration from California State University, Sacramento, and a Doctorate in Optometry from Illinois College of Optometry, Chicago.
• Dr. Nila Welker, O.D.: With over 27 years of experience, Dr. Welker is a seasoned optometrist who has been serving the Folsom and El Dorado Hills communities for over two decades. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from San Diego State University and a Doctorate in Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry.
• Dr. Monica Rodriguez-Bayes, O.D.: Dr. Bayes is a board-certified optometrist with a specialization in the treatment of glaucoma and ocular disease. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Amherst College and a Master's in Biology from Stanford University.
