By working together, we explore and understand your difficulties more fully, allowing you to enact changes and improvements in your life.
Services Offered
We specialize in helping adults and emerging adults (18-50s) work through challenges that result in feelings of depression and anxiety, impacting their mood, relationships, and work. Our practice is particularly attuned to men's issues, helping men connect to themselves better, improving their relationships and lives. Additionally, we have extensive experience working with trauma, helping people reclaim their lives by changing the way traumatic experiences affect them. Our services aim to provide support and guidance, helping individuals meet their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
What is therapy?
Therapy is a collaborative process between a therapist and individuals, couples, families, or other groups of people, working together to address problems and lead more fulfilling and personally meaningful lives. Therapists work from a variety of perspectives, with therapy typically involving talking about issues, increasing knowledge, awareness, and acceptance.
How do I pick a therapist?
Finding the right therapist is crucial to the success of therapy. Choosing a therapist who you feel comfortable talking to and establishing a trusting relationship is essential. We offer a free 50-minute initial consultation, allowing you to determine if we are the right fit.
How long should therapy last?
The length of therapy varies depending on individual needs and circumstances. Some people may benefit from short-term therapy, while others might require long-term therapy. We work collaboratively with you to determine the best approach and duration of therapy to meet your goals.
Therapy Session Costs
We believe finances should not be a barrier to receiving therapy. Our regular fee for a 50-minute therapy session is $180. However, we offer a free 50-minute initial consultation, and we sometimes provide reduced fees for clients who cannot afford the full fee.
Insurance
We do not accept insurance but can prepare monthly or weekly statements for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement if your plan covers out-of-network providers.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel a scheduled therapy session. Failure to provide the required 24-hour notice may result in a charge for the full session fee.
