At our optometry practice, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care services to our community. Our team, led by Dr. Chin Hee Choi, offers a wide range of services including glasses, contact lenses, and eye health examinations. Dr. Choi graduated from Illinois College of Optometry in 1998 and has extensive experience in managing and treating various ocular diseases.

Our Services

We specialize in fitting all types of glasses, including bifocals, trifocals, and regular glasses. For those who prefer contact lenses, we offer a variety of options including soft, rigid gas permeable (hard), specialty, and colored lenses. Our expert staff can help train you on how to handle and care for your contact lenses, especially if you are new to wearing them.

Eye Health Services

We are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to diagnose and screen for ocular diseases such as dry eyes, infections, and foreign body removal. We also co-manage glaucoma, cataracts, and other ocular diseases with local ophthalmologists.

We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, Avesis, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Davis Vision, Eyemed, Humana, Medical Eye Service, National Vision Administrator, Spectera, Superior Vision, TriCare, Triwest, Choice, UMR, United Healthcare, and VSP.
