Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
We operate by appointment only to ensure timely service. Walk-ins are not accepted, but we offer a waitlist system for last-minute openings.
What happens if I'm late for my appointment?
Appointments must be rescheduled if you're more than 5 minutes late. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or missed appointments.
How can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Changes require 3-hour advance notice via our booking system. Cancellations within this window receive no refund.
