Physical Therapy
Our one-on-one physical therapy sessions focus on accelerating recovery through personalized treatment plans. Combining manual therapy techniques with corrective exercises, we address sports injuries, post-operative care, and chronic pain conditions. Each session includes customized home exercise programs to ensure continued progress between visits.
Dry Needling
Certified dry needling treatments target muscle trigger points to reduce pain and improve mobility. This evidence-based technique increases blood flow and accelerates healing for conditions like tendonitis, muscle strains, and chronic pain syndromes. Sessions integrate with overall rehabilitation plans for optimal results.
SoftWave Therapy
FDA-cleared SoftWave technology promotes cellular healing for musculoskeletal conditions. This non-invasive treatment addresses chronic pain, accelerates post-surgical recovery, and treats injuries like plantar fasciitis and tendonitis. Sessions typically last 5-10 minutes with no required downtime.
Movement Assessments
Comprehensive movement evaluations identify mobility restrictions and movement pattern dysfunctions. Specializing in CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, and gymnastics movements, we develop corrective strategies to improve performance and prevent injuries through targeted interventions.
Exercise Programming
Customized exercise programs address individual limitations and performance goals. Designed for both rehabilitation and preventive care, these programs include mobility drills, strength training, and sport-specific conditioning to maintain long-term physical health and injury prevention.
