Customer Service Issues
Several reviewers experienced poor customer service from Multi Com. Sami Amirah had a scheduled appointment with Robert to set up security cameras, but he failed to show up and later told Sami that it would cost more, showing no concern for the inconvenience. Lauren R. had a terrible experience with the company, stating that they had to come out twice to set up Direct TV and charged her $95 each time for a problem that could have been resolved with a simple phone call to Direct TV.
Technical Issues and Inconvenience
Some reviewers reported technical issues with Multi Com's services. Jonathan L. mentioned that the cable went out for 3+ days on two separate occasions, and although DirecTV credited them for the downtime, it was an inconvenience not to have someone available to troubleshoot on weekends. Nan Sie had issues with her medical emergency pendant, which stopped working, and was told it was no longer available.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, Rachel K. had a wonderful experience with Multi Com. She found the staff to be incredibly friendly and accommodating, particularly Karen, who went out of her way to answer all of Rachel's questions and made the process of moving into a new condominium easy.
