Our process starts with a free on-site consultation, where we discuss possibilities, likes on materials, planting styles, and site conditions. Based on these factors, we provide a free project estimate. If the project requires complex design elements or detailed drawings, we offer custom design drawings in 2D or 3D, even virtual walk-throughs of the future yard. Our design fees vary, but we will quote the design fees on-site.

Our Qualifications

Monika Hollosi, our lead landscape designer and owner, holds a Master's Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, and Plant Protection Engineering. With over 20 years of experience in landscape design, installation, and maintenance for both residential and commercial clients, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each project.

Fabricio Villalobos, our lead carpenter and owner, is a professionally trained Mason and Carpenter. With over 25 years of experience in high-end wood, stone, and paver design and installation, landscape design, and outdoor building projects, he ensures that every installation is completed with precision and attention to detail.

As a NC-registered landscape contractor (contractor # 0717) and a NC-certified plant professional, we are committed to providing exceptional workmanship and professionalism at every stage of the project.

Our Process

1. On-Site Consultation: We meet with you on-site to discuss your ideas, establish a budget, and explore options for your project.

2. Design and Drawings: If required, we create custom design drawings in 2D or 3D, virtual walk-throughs, or photo renderings to bring your vision to life.

3. Installation: We use locally sourced materials and employ careful and durable installation practices to ensure your new landscape is both beautiful and sustainable.

4. Maintenance: We offer regular maintenance services, including pruning, fertilizing, and mulching, to keep your landscape looking its best.
