With an A-General Engineering Contractor's License, our service offerings are vast and varied. We specialize in C31 Traffic Control Services and C-61 / D49 Tree Services. *President and Chief Executive Officer - Bonnie Heile*

Bonnie was born and raised in California and currently resides in northern California with her family. She is a veteran of the United States Military and has earned a Bachelors Degree. After obtaining A-General Engineering, C31-Traffic Control, and C61/D49-Tree Services contractor's licenses to operate in the state of California, Bonnie is well-equipped to lead Roll 'N Rock Construction, Inc.
