Our journey began in 1996 when our founder, Kurt Holdren, decided to follow in his father's footsteps. Kurt was raised in an electrical contractor's family and started working for his father's business, Holdren Electric, at a young age. He continued to develop his skills and knowledge under his father's guidance until his father retired at the age of 57. This led Kurt to establish K&B Electric, a premier company that supplies labor and electrical materials to various sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, and public works projects.

Over the years, K&B Electric has grown and expanded its services to cater to a wide range of clients. We have built strong relationships with our customers and have successfully completed numerous projects of varying sizes. Our flexibility allows us to extend our services to both small-scale and large-scale projects, from residential and apartment remodels to schools, new fire stations, city parks, banks, and industrial projects.

Our team is composed of highly skilled professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Our President and Owner, Kurt Holdren, leads the team with his extensive experience and knowledge in the electrical industry. We also have a Senior Administrator, Ann Metz, and an Office Manager, Erin Fritze, who handle the administrative tasks efficiently. Our team of Journeyman Electricians, including Kurt Holdren, Rich Erickson, and our Electrician Apprentices, Cody Balzan, Forrest Findley, and Johnathan Field, are trained to handle all kinds of electrical work.

We are proud members of several affiliations including IBEW Local 340, NECA, and PCCA. We hold licenses such as CSLB #937299 and DIR Registration #1000000210, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.
