Our Management

The managing partner of Capstone Real Estate Partners is Kerry Haskins. With over 45 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Kerry has held senior management positions and been a partner with some of Chicago's premier developers, including Urban Investment and Development Company, Mansur & Company, and Fifield Companies, Ltd. He was also a partner at the boutique mortgage banking firm of Julian, Toft & Downey, where he financed over $700 million in commercial real estate properties.

Kerry's extensive experience spans nearly every type of commercial property, including office buildings, retail properties, industrial facilities, parking garages, and large mixed-use facilities. His specialty is assembling the right team for a specific project, relying on the extensive contacts he has developed during his 45 years in the industry. He is also adept at crafting the appropriate deal structure to satisfy the specific client or municipality, while managing risk and generating returns commensurate with that risk.

Kerry is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana. His commitment to excellence and dedication to creating value for our clients is the driving force behind Capstone Real Estate Partners.
