At Sunflower Gymnastics, we are dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and supportive environment for individuals of all ages to explore the world of gymnastics. Our state-of-the-art facility, located in Emporia, Kansas, offers a wide range of programs and services designed to meet the unique needs and goals of our students.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide high-quality gymnastics instruction that fosters physical, emotional, and social growth in a positive and supportive environment. We strive to create a community where athletes can develop their skills, build their confidence, and make lifelong friendships.

Our Programs

We offer a variety of programs and services, including:

• Competitive Team: Our competitive team program is designed for athletes who wish to take their gymnastics skills to the next level and compete in local and national competitions.
• Intermediate-Advanced Classes: These classes are designed for students who have reached a more advanced level in their gymnastics skills and are looking to continue and advance their skills at a higher level.
• Beginner-Intermediate Classes: Our beginner-intermediate classes are designed for students in first grade and older who are looking to learn basic tumbling skills, such as headstands, handstands, cartwheels, and back bridges.
• Tumble Bees: This class is designed for Kindergarten-age children, focusing on basic tumbling and trampoline skills, apparatus work, and class behavior.
• Tots: Our instructor-led gymnastics class is designed for ages 3-4, focusing on basic tumbling skills, trampoline safety, and skills.
• Me & My Grown Up: This class is designed for young children and their adults to enjoy time together exploring movement and starting to understand their little bodies.
• Adult-Teen Gymnastics: Our adult-teen gymnastics class is designed for beginners or former gymnasts returning to the sport, focusing on tumbling and trampoline skills from basic to advanced.

Our Events

We host a variety of events throughout the year, including birthday parties, Super Saturday Open Gym, and the USAG Candy Cane Classic and Winter Invitational. We also offer a Disc Golf Putting League and Academic Scholarship opportunities.
