Stacie Doemland
Owner - President - Head Coach
Stacie founded Sunflower Gymnastics in 2004 after teaching physical education. A former national champion trampolinist with 17 years of competitive experience, she holds a Physical Education degree from Emporia State University and served as Kansas State Chair for USA Gymnastics Trampoline and Tumbling from 2007-2011.
David Doemland
Owner - Vice President - Coach
David co-founded Sunflower Gymnastics in 2004. With a background in photojournalism and youth mentorship, he served as Kansas State Chair for USA Gymnastics Trampoline and Tumbling from 2011-2023 and coordinated regional activities across 13 states as Co-Chair for USAG Region 4.
Ali Anderson
Manager - Coach
Ali began coaching at Sunflower in 2007 after competing for 8 years. A Physical Education graduate from Emporia State University, she has coached in multiple states, directed programs in Texas, and brings extensive experience teaching both recreational and competitive gymnastics to diverse age groups.
Aiden Ogleby
Coach
Aiden, a high school student and competitive track athlete, has trained at Sunflower for 10 years. Specializing in competitive gymnastics, he brings firsthand experience in skill mastery and motivation, combining his passion for mathematics and physical training to support fellow athletes.
Kari FitzSimmons
Coach
Kari, a recent college graduate and ESU cheerleader, has coached tumbling for three years. With 12 years of personal gymnastics experience, she focuses on confidence-building and personal growth, combining biological science studies with practical coaching expertise to support athlete development.

How do I enroll in Sunflower Gymnastics classes?
Visit our website's Classes section to find the appropriate class, then register online through your existing account or create a new one.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, cash, and checks. Monthly fees are automatically charged on the first of each month.
What should my child wear to class?
Socks are required. Leotards for girls and tight-fitting shirts with shorts for boys are recommended. Loose clothing is not permitted for safety reasons.
