Ball, Jr.: Mr. Ball is a member of the American and North Carolina Bar Associations, North Carolina State Bar, 28th Judicial District Bar (President, 1994-1995), U.S. Supreme Court Bar, the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, Defense Research Institute, and past board member of Pisgah Legal Services. He was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 1970 and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee (B.S. with honors) in 1967 and J.D. in 1970.

2. Alexandra Cury Ball Barden: Ms. Cury is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, 28th Judicial District Bar, and U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A. with honors) in 1978 and received her J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School in 1981. She is admitted to the bars of Florida, California, New York, and North Carolina.
