With a long history of fitness in our location on Athens Avenue in Redding, CA, we have a deep understanding of what it takes to create a sense of community and belonging among our members.

Our Story

Our journey began in 2008, when Larry Fuqua and his colleagues decided to reopen a gym in the same location that had once been home to Total Fitness. After 18 years, Total Fitness closed its doors, and Larry, along with his colleagues, saw an opportunity to create a new space that would serve the community and provide a welcoming environment for fitness enthusiasts.

With hard work and dedication, EveryDay Fitness was born, and we have been proudly serving the Redding community ever since. Over the years, we have continued to evolve and improve, adding new equipment, classes, and services to meet the changing needs of our members.
