Cross Home Care

Cross Home Care is a family-owned, non-medical home care agency that has been serving the communities of Crawford, Erie, Venango, Mercer, Lawrence, and Butler Counties in Pennsylvania since its inception. As a Medicaid Waiver Provider, we are fully insured, bonded, and licensed through the PA Department of Health. Our mission is to provide high-quality home-based companion and personal care services to adults 18 years and older who need assistance to maintain independence in their homes.

At Cross Home Care, we understand the importance of staying in the comfort of one's own home, especially during times of illness or injury. That's why we offer flexible home care services that allow our clients to choose when they want assistance, whether it's for a few hours a day or around the clock. We offer short-term and long-term care, as well as weekday, weekend, and holiday services. Our team of highly trained personal care providers is dedicated to providing compassionate care that promotes our clients' health and well-being.

Services Offered by Cross Home Care

At Cross Home Care, we offer a range of non-medical services designed to help our clients maintain independence in their homes. Our services include:

• Companionship: Our caregivers provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, helping them feel connected and engaged.
• Personal Care: We assist our clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Meal Preparation and Feeding Assistance: We help our clients plan and prepare healthy meals, as well as assist with feeding as needed.
• Transportation to Appointments and Errands: We provide safe and reliable transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands.
• Light Housekeeping: We help keep our clients' homes clean and organized, including laundry, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Ambulation and Transfer Assistance: We assist our clients with mobility, including transferring in and out of bed, walking, and using the restroom.

Our Care Coordinators complete compassion calls as often as weekly with all clients and employees to check-in and quality care visits to the client's home as often as monthly. We pride ourselves on being a family-owned company that has time for our clients and employees, and we strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for all.
