Consolidated Metal Products, Inc. has a rich history dating back to 1974. Founded on the principles of quality, precision, and customer satisfaction, our company has continually evolved to meet the ever-changing demands of the metal fabrication industry. Our journey began on Fox Street, where Gary, David, and John Becker purchased the business in 1991. After moving to its current location on Clay Avenue in 2002, we invested in state-of-the-art equipment and software, further solidifying our position as a leading metal fabrication company.

Laser Cutting

We have been supplying top-quality laser-cut parts since 1999. To remain competitive, we continuously invest in the latest software and technology, enabling us to nest parts on sheets in the most efficient manner. Our cutting capabilities include steel up to 0.750", stainless steel up to 0.375", and aluminum up to 0.375".

Metal Forming

With a legacy in metal fabrication since 1974, we design and manufacture formed parts using Solid Edge and Solid Works software. Our ability to breathe life into flat parts has earned us a reputation for delivering high-quality products.

CNC Machining

Recently, we have expanded our machining operations to include CNC turning. With a 2" diameter through-hole capacity, we are well-equipped to handle a variety of projects.

Stamping

As one of our core services, stamping involves forming parts from coil, sheet, and laser-cut blanks using steel rule dies. We have a vast experience in producing stamped parts.

Welding

One of our key strengths is our welding capabilities. With two TIG welders, including the latest Dynasty 280 DK, we are equipped to handle complex welding projects.

Assembly

Our assembly services cater to a wide range of industries and components. With extensive experience, we have successfully assembled numerous products.

Paint Line Tooling

In addition to our core services, we offer custom racking fixtures and paint line tooling. We can design and fabricate these fixtures from customer-provided drawings or programs.
