Our Firm's History

Lee M. Smith & Associates has a rich history, dating back to 1985, when the firm first specialized in Ohio Workers' Compensation law. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include civil litigation, equine law, and collection and subrogation for the Ohio Attorney General. Our client base includes local entities, national employers, public employers, colleges, and universities. We have also had the privilege of serving as Special Counsel to the Attorney General of Ohio.
