At Indiana Spine Group, our mission is to provide comprehensive, individualized care to individuals living in and around Carmel, Kokomo, and Indianapolis, Indiana. Our team, led by Dr. Jonathan Gentile, a board-certified pain management physician and minimally invasive spine specialist, is dedicated to helping patients find relief from back pain, neck pain, sciatica, herniated discs, neuropathy, and other spinal conditions.

Meet Dr. Gentile

Dr. Jonathan Gentile, our lead physician, is a highly trained and experienced pain management physician and anesthesiologist. He earned his Doctor of Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana, and completed his anesthesiology residency and fellowship in pain management at the same institution. Dr. Gentile is also board-certified in anesthesiology and pain management by the American Board of Anesthesiologists.
