At Precision Metal Works, LLC, we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. Our company was established in 1986 as a small job shop and has since grown into a premier manufacturing facility. We are proud to be ISO 9001 certified and operate out of an 88,000 sqft facility in Montgomery, Alabama.

Our extensive expertise spans multiple areas, including CNC programming and machining, sheet metal equipment programming and operation, welding, painting, and quality control. We have a team of over 75 employees who are highly skilled in their respective fields, ensuring that we can deliver turn-key products that meet our customers' needs.

Our owners, Matthew Muhlenkamp and Tony Singleton, bring over 80 combined years of manufacturing and management experience to the table. This expertise, combined with our state-of-the-art equipment and processes, allows us to provide top-notch services to our customers.

Our Services

Precision Metal Works offers a wide range of services to meet our customers' manufacturing needs. These services include:

• Fabrication: We provide sheet metal fabrication services across the nation. Our team uses sheet metal to build products and parts, and we can handle complex projects involving numerous processes.

• Welding: Our team includes nine AWS-certified welders who are skilled in MIG, TIG, and robotic welding. We can handle any welding needs our customers may have.

• CNC Machining: With our CNC programming and machining capabilities, we can produce high-precision parts and components for our customers.

• Powder Coating and Painting: We offer both powder coating and wet paint capabilities to ensure that our customers' products look great and last long.

• Quality Control: We utilize ISO-compliant processes that incorporate CMM, imaging, and absolute arm measurement equipment to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
