Bread & Roses Bakery is a small, independent bakery located in the beautiful coastal town of Yachats, Oregon. We focus on creating delicious and healthy breads, pastries, soups, sandwiches, and desserts using quality, natural ingredients from as many local sources as possible. We believe that good food is an essential part of the human experience; it nourishes the mind, body, and soul. We work with an attention to detail and a passion for quality.
Services
We specialize in sourdough and whole-grain breads, using organic flour from Camas Country Mill, much of which is grown locally in the Willamette Valley. Our organic and fair trade coffee beans are sourced from Cafeto Coffee in Eugene, Oregon. We start with wholesome high-quality ingredients and carefully craft them into edible works of art. So come on by for a delectable experience unique to our amazing little town located off the beautiful Oregon coast!
Bread & Pastries
At Bread & Roses Bakery, we care about making healthy, delicious breads and pastries with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Our selection of breads and pastries rotates based on the season and available ingredients. Items are available each day on a first-come, first-served basis. We offer a variety of breads and pastries, including sourdough, baguette, meteil, rugbrot, celestial snails, cinnamon roses, bubbly pies, apple raspberry foldovers, bear paws, chocolate croissants, plain croissants, sweet maple pillows, maple bacon pillows, goat cheese and prosciutto croissants, smoked salmon croissants, herb garden pillows, and more.
Coffee
We offer a variety of coffee and espresso drinks. Our organic and fair trade coffee beans are sourced from Cafeto Coffee located in nearby Eugene, Oregon. All drinks are served hot and to-go. You can see our menu below!
Cakes
We offer custom cakes for any occasion. We bake our delectable creations with only the finest organic ingredients. Feel free to contact us for further information on a specific cake.
