Hardwood Treads
Custom and standard stair treads available in 12+ hardwood species. Options include bullnose, square, and eased edge profiles with single or double returns. Constructed from 5/4 FAS/Select lumber with standard dimensions 36-90" length 11-1/2" depth 1-1/16" thickness. Prefinishing services available.
Custom Millwork
Precision millwork production for new construction and remodeling. Capable of creating moldings up to 4" thick 12" wide in White Oak, Red Oak, Hickory, Maple, Walnut, Cherry, and exotic species. Maintains 1,000+ profile knives with duplication capabilities for historic or specialty designs.
Butcher Block Components
Solid wood countertop components in standard thicknesses 2-3-3/4" with stave dimensions 3/4-1-3/4". Available in premium species including American Cherry, Maple, and White Oak. Custom dimensions and edge profiles available for commercial and residential applications.
Hardwood Lumber
Premium northern hardwood lumber in FAS/Select grades with 120-grit sanded finishes. Available in custom widths, lengths, and thicknesses with machining options including SLR1E, S4S, and pattern cutting. Species include Maple, Red Oak, White Oak, and exotic imports.
Stair Nosing
Pre-finished stair nosing profiles in 15+ species with bullnose and eased edge options. Standard dimensions include 3.5-5.5" widths 0.5-0.75" thicknesses. Available in 36-90" lengths with custom sizing options for commercial and residential installations.
