Our Services

Our NetExchange program allows clients to exchange and trade excess or older networking equipment for products they need today. We also provide engineering, furnishing, and installation (EF&I) services for equipment and infrastructure in wireless and wireline facilities. Additionally, our in-house repair services ensure that clients can maintain their initial investment and avoid obsolescence.

Our quality management system (QMS) is designed to ensure that we consistently provide products that exceed our customers' expectations, and includes processes to continually improve customer satisfaction. Our technicians are also ISCET-certified, ensuring that they have the necessary expertise to repair and maintain a wide range of network equipment.

Our History

Ventura Telephone was founded in 2007 and is family-owned and operated. Our corporate office is in Ventura, CA, with additional locations in Los Angeles, CA, Rancho Cucamonga, CA, and Rochester, NY.
