Our Story

Dan Messer, our founder, has always been an entrepreneur at heart. From his childhood days selling homemade cinnamon flavored toothpicks at school to his current endeavors, Dan has consistently demonstrated a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence. This passion led him to develop a passion towards home improvement services while working alongside industry veterans as a general laborer. After years of mentoring partnerships and hands-on learning, Dan founded Exceptional One Services, LLC in 2013. Today, our company has grown to become a respected name in the home improvement industry, serving realtors and homeowners alike.
