Salon 103 was founded by Wanda Locklear, a hairstylist with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. My career began in 2003 at Merle Norman, where I spent 4.5 years honing my craft before advancing to ClipJoint Salon for 8 years and later joining The Loft Hair Salon. Through these experiences, I developed expertise in Goldwell color techniques, attending multiple Goldwell Academy sessions in locations such as Baltimore, Santa Monica, and Toronto. My commitment to continuous learning and personalized service led to the creation of Salon 103, where I provide one-on-one pampering in a serene, client-focused environment.

I specialize in tailored haircuts, color artistry, and keratin treatments, ensuring each client receives undivided attention and exceptional results.
