Northwest Event Rentals is a division of the Happy Day Restaurants Corporation, a Lewiston, ID, business with a long-standing history in the community. Founded in 1969 by Bruce and Joy Finch, the corporation has expanded to include a wide range of event rental services. Our mission is to provide high-quality rentals to the Lewiston-Clarkston Valley, the Palouse, the Prairie, and beyond, making every event truly memorable.

Our catering services include buffets, plated meals, and appetizer stations, all prepared with the same commitment to quality that we bring to our rental offerings.

Delivery and Pickup
We offer free in-town delivery for contracts over $250. Smaller events must be picked up at our shop at 1021 Bryden Avenue in Lewiston. Out-of-town events may be delivered for a fee. We'll work with you to coordinate the best delivery and pickup options for your event.
Rental Timing and Payment
Rentals may be picked up/delivered one (1) day before the event during which they will be used and are to be returned/picked up on the next business day after which the event took place. A charge of 100% of the rental subtotal will be assessed for each subsequent day the items have not been returned, unless other arrangements have been made and approved.
All rental contracts are to be paid in full before delivery or at the time you pick up your rentals from our shop. Weekend rental contracts will be paid in full by the Friday preceding your event.
Cleaning, Damage, and Replacement Policies
All items are to be returned in the original packaging, clean, and in the same condition in which they were sent. Items requiring excessive cleaning will be charged a $20 per hour fee to return the item to its original condition. Damaged or missing rental items will incur a charge for the full replacement cost, plus a service fee.
