Capitol Area Gymnastics

At Capital Gymnastics & Athletics, we are dedicated to providing a comprehensive gymnastics experience that fosters a strong foundation for both body and mind. Since our inception in 2001, we have been committed to passing on our passion and knowledge to the next generation of athletes and coaches. Our staff believes in the importance of not just physical training but also in cultivating a healthy mental attitude. This approach has been instrumental in shaping our competitive team program, which competes at the USA Gymnastics Organization, Developmental Program Levels 3-10 and Xcel Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

Our competitive team program is designed to challenge and support athletes as they progress through the levels. We offer pre-competition developmental classes for families who are interested in a more demanding program and eventually transitioning to our competitive team. For those interested in joining our competitive or pre-competitive gymnastics program, we host an annual tryout in the spring. Registration is required beforehand through your CGA Parent account. In addition to our competitive programs, we also offer a variety of other services including daytime classes, summer camps, drop-in classes, and parties. Our daytime classes are designed for children from preschool age to advanced levels, providing a fun and engaging environment for learning and development. Our summer camps are themed and skill-based, ensuring that every child has an enjoyable and enriching experience. We also host parties and events that are perfect for special occasions.
