Our journey began when our founder, Donna, fell in love with pet grooming at the age of 15. Inspired by the transformation of her family dog, Mugs, after a visit to the local pet groomer, Donna dedicated herself to learning the art of pet grooming. With the guidance of experienced groomers, Donna honed her skills and eventually built her own business, Donna's Pet Grooming, in 2003.
