What wedding venues do you offer?
We offer two distinct venues: the historic 1879 St. Paul's Church with stained glass windows and Hood Canal Vista Pavilion featuring panoramic waterfront views and modern amenities.
What is included in venue rentals?
All rentals include tables, chairs, AV equipment, on-site staff, parking, and setup/breakdown services. Pavilion rentals also include seasonal tented terrace access and landscaping.
Do you allow outside vendors?
We welcome preferred vendors and licensed bartending services. We require professional bartenders for alcohol service but allow other vendors with proper insurance documentation.
What are your capacity limits?
St. Paul's Church accommodates 150 guests, while Hood Canal Vista Pavilion seats 120-150. Combined packages allow 200-guest ceremonies with separate receptions at the pavilion.
What payment plans do you offer?
We require 50% retainer at booking with final payment 10 days before events. Security deposits are refundable pending facility condition checks after events.
Can we decorate the venues?
Decorations are allowed with prior approval. We provide setup/breakdown support and allow pre-event decoration storage by arrangement with our event coordinators.
