Frederick and Associates was founded in 1976 by Richard Frederick, with a mission to provide high-quality legal services in the areas of commercial Real Estate, Taxation, and Corporate Law. Mr. Frederick has a broad background in business law, concentrating in commercial Real Estate, Taxation, and Corporate Law, as well as litigation relating to these fields. He is licensed in and practices in both Wisconsin and Illinois and is admitted to the courts in those jurisdictions. He is also admitted to practice in Federal courts, including the U.S. Tax Court.

About Mr. Frederick
Mr. Frederick holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Drake University Law School and a Master of Science (MS) in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is admitted to practice in the Iowa Bar, Wisconsin Bar, Illinois Bar, and the United States Tax Court, among others. His affiliations include the American Bar Association, Wisconsin State Bar Association, and Illinois Bar Association.
