Dr. Eldridge and Dr. Shirmohammad founded Trinity Family Physicians in 2007, bringing with them years of experience and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Both doctors were born and raised in the United States, but having spent time abroad, they appreciate the unique cultural influences that make our community so vibrant. Their practice is built on the values of old-fashioned family medicine, combined with the latest technology and clinical information. This approach allows us to treat each patient as an individual, taking the time to understand their unique needs and concerns.
