Our design center is conveniently located in the Kitchen Goods retail store at 492 Main St. in Placerville, showcasing custom cabinets, decorative sinks, cabinet hardware, back splash and shower tile, Quartz & Dekton counters, custom barn doors, and hanger hardware. We also offer a selection of unique kitchen items for retail, including dinnerware, barware, and cookware.

Meet Our Designer

Jenny Levitsky, the founder of Ultimate Designs, has a diverse background in design. She began her career in the entertainment industry, working as a stage and set designer for Bill Graham Presents, where she was involved in numerous concert events and large-scale collaborative events like Live Aid and We Are The World. Her extensive experience in the entertainment industry earned her an Emmy Award in Set Design in 1996 and a nomination for a second Emmy in 1997 for her work with Brian Henson Productions.

Jenny's artistic style and expertise also led her to hospitality design, working on projects such as the design of Michael McClernon's first restaurant, La Paloma, and the tropical-themed interior at the Oasis, a San Francisco nightclub. She assisted with the conception, look, and space planning for the Josie Restaurant in Santa Monica, named and owned by world-renowned chef Jose Le Balsh.

Ultimate Designs (previously Wilkinson Designs) was founded in 1985 after Jenny completed her undergraduate studies in interior design, film, and theatrical set design. After moving to the Northern California foothills in 2010, her focus shifted more towards residential and commercial projects. Today, Ultimate Designs specializes in interior architecture, overall home remodeling, kitchen and bath design, new home design/build projects, as well as commercial and hospitality design, specifically restaurants, storefronts, and wineries.

Jenny has the ability and knowledge to create your vision from concept to reality using Chief Architect, a CAD program that enables her to show clients 3D photo-like renderings of her design options before any work has started. Jenny prides herself as a designer who not only creates unique, one-of-a-kind designs for your project but also uses her extensive experience to ensure that every detail is meticulously planned and executed.
