Happy Valley Credit Union is a member-owned financial institution that has been proudly serving the community since its inception in 1933. Initially established to serve the employees of Happy Valley Schools, the credit union has since expanded to offer its services to anyone who lives, works, or owns a business in Carter County, Tennessee. International Transactions

Please note that all international transactions are blocked on our Visa debit and ATM cards. If you need to make a transaction while traveling or living outside the U.S., or by phone or computer with an international business, you must call us at (423) 542-6078 during our normal business hours to 'unblock' your card.
