The Stoltz Companies, established in 1956, have grown into a diversified group of companies based in Boca Raton, Florida. Our primary focus is on commercial real estate, providing a broad range of services that include development, leasing, landlord and tenant representation, construction consulting, property management, and investment.

Leasing

At Stoltz Companies, we take pride in our leasing services. We believe that being present and involved in all showings and space plan meetings adds significant value to both the owner and tenant. Our team has successfully completed over 2,000,000 square feet of office interior tenant improvements for clients such as GE Real Estate, Northern Trust Bank, Tyco, Nortel, Humana, Applied Card Systems, Verio, Unisys, USI Insurance, AHC, and Dilworth Paxson.

Development

Our development projects are known for their quality and attention to detail. A prime example is the FNBCC Plaza, a 205,000 square foot Class A Office Building located at 301 Yamato Road in Boca Raton, Florida. We were responsible for the project from the acquisition in 2002 through to its disposition in 2003. Our responsibilities included projecting occupancy and income timelines, reviewing and analyzing leases, managing and leasing the building on a day-to-day basis post-purchase, and handling specific construction issues related to coastal construction.

Another notable development project is Byrd Beach Estates in Highland Beach, Florida. This development started with a walk on the beach and the discovery of an old oceanfront hotel. We master-planned the site for the construction of eight single-family oceanfront estates, handling all coastal construction issues. Construction started without any pre-sales and the project was sold out.

Investment Assets

Our investment assets include the Boca Palms & Racquet Club Apartments in Boca Raton, Florida. In a strong rental market, we recognized the value of large rental units and developed a master plan for a large-scale 568-unit project incorporating many large 2 and 3-bedroom units. This project was completed under budget and included an amenities package with 24/7 manned security, an on-site convenience store, two swimming pools, and heavy landscaping. The property was sold to PREIT (NYSE: PEI).

Property Management

We also offer comprehensive property management services. Our team is responsible for the day-to-day management and leasing of our investment assets, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards and that our tenants receive the best possible service.
