• What do I get for my money? We send a professional cleaner to clean your home or office for the entire length of the appointment booked. We do everything from dusting, wiping surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and floors. Our clients customize the cleaning checklist for their spaces according to what they want our team to focus on the most.
• What if I have pets? We are animal lovers! Just let us know who to expect. We like to know all of our customers' names and make sure that everyone feels comfortable. If you want, we'll even let your dog out, provided there's a fenced-in yard.
• Do I need to be home? No. Just let us know how you would like us to enter ahead of time. There are several options available: clients may provide a garage code, key, location of hide-a-key, or leave the door unlocked. The decision is completely up to you. We will work with what's best for your home and comfort level.
• Do I have to provide cleaning supplies? We bring all our own supplies. All we need from you is access to the property. If there are certain products you prefer over ours, we just ask you set them out on the kitchen counter for us, and we will be happy to use them!
